Returns

At SleepSheep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sleepsheepdreams@gmail.com and include photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Opened personal comfort products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

In addition, returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • The product is returned in a condition different from the one originally received.
  • The customer simply changes their mind after the product has been used.

SleepSheep only accepts returns or refunds when the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or when the issue is directly caused by our error.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item after the return process has been completed.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sleepsheepdreams@gmail.com.
